The Orange County Bail Agents Association is comprised of a group of family owned and operated businesses throughout the County. While we share some of the frustrations that these Agents are alleging we are not part of the complaint filed against the Sheriffs Department.

For many years our association has been aware of some of the activities going on at the Orange County Jail. We have made numerous attempts to alert Jail Administration of the activity going on at the jail but it’s a difficult task to follow through on.

We believe the current Sheriff has inherited these problems from the previous administration and remain confident that Sheriff Hutchens and her administration will do everything in their power to look into the allegations. We have an ongoing relationship with the Sheriffs Department and continue to work with them on the challenges that present themselves.
